I tried to "Duplicate" a certain directory trough command line.

wndsync.exe F1 F2 /update /auto

or use predefined session but the files in F2 which are not present in F1 aren't getting deleted!

wndsync.exe F1 F2 /update /auto /scan is marking the action correctly but wait for the conformation.

So automatition is not possible.

It is any way to run the thing in Task Scheduler correctly?

Well, /update should not delete target files. Try /copy instead.
