Compare IT! together with the Beta ver 3.0 Sync

When using version 2.8 of Sync IT! the program COmpare IT! ver 3 works perfectly. i.e. when using the compare button both files are transfered automatically to compare IT.
When using Beta 3 of Sync IT, this does not occur. Maybe I am not using the correct parameters, but in ver 2.8 there is no need to use any parameters.
