Subfolders marked for deletion in "backup" mode

I'm trying to backup my files to a ftp folder with the below settings:

- source folder: local folder
- target folder: ftp folder
- "backup" sync mode
- "include subfolders" checked
- compare by content
- "use lower case file names" NOT checked

The initial sync would work fine, but subsequent sync would show the subfolders on the target folder being marked for deletion and ALL files in the target subfolders as different from the source folder. This does not occur on the released version.

Thank you for your report! Can you send me detailed FTP log (menu View>FTP Log)? Or just check yourself - how these files are listed in server LIST responce - in which case are the file names? And compare it to your local files - as listed by SynchronizeIt.

Files on the server seems to be in same case as my local files.

If target files are marked for deletion, this means that matching source files were not found. The only reason for this I can guess is case mismatch. Maybe subfolder names differs?

As you can see, they're in the same case and the subfolders are of the same name. I also noticed that in the FTP log, it doesn't list the subfolders content. As I've mentioned, this doesn't happen in the released version.

Do you know which FTP server is used on your server? This listing just can not be parsed correctly - <DIR> is not identified as directory by program.I will try to support it, but if I would now server type, I could make some local tests for more complete support.

I believe its Microsoft FTP Service (Version 5.0).
