Is there any way to save a report of the files that are different between two folders without synchronizing them?

I have a huge OS X disk to move, and I need to make sure that if we are missing files, or they are broken in the move, I have a list of them.

Currently you can only print report. By using any third party pdf printer, printout can be turned into pdf report. You can also save just a list of files to be copied, if this would help in your case.
