Is there a way to automatically delete empty folders? These often occur when a folder is renamed on the source drive and it is then Duplicated to target. The files in the old folder name on the target drive are deleted, but not the empty folder.

Yes, there is special option in Options>Settings, "Delete folders if all fies were deleted"
