I'm sure there's some way to do this already... I just can't find it.

I am using Synchronize It! 3.3 with settings saved to the Registry according to my installation.

How can I export my settings and configurations and import them afterwards?

I am going to be reformatting my computer and installing Vista. I do not want to have to manually re-enter all of my information in Synchronize it!

Check Import\Export button in Options dialog - it should help.
