Can't register a version 2.82 instance

I am trying to register Synchronize IT! (Version 2.82) with the key that I have just received and it fails to hold the details.

But your screenshot was from v3, wasn't it? v2 need another key, if you want to stay with it I can send you one.

Your'e right but we had been evaluating the product originally using the older version and have since set up a number of scheduled jobs.

I noticed when I updated my version 2.82 that I lost the jobs that were created with this version. I was hoping that I could continue using the older version until I had more time to recreate the jobs as they run daily and will need to be done in one hit.

You can import old sessions with File>Import from v2 command
