Hide Null Lines

Sometimes when comparing files it is easier looking at the text without the missing lines (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX), i.e. like in a normal editor. It would be nice to be able to toggle this on and off while viewing a file in CompareIt.

Cheers, Tim

Thank you for suggestion, I will think about it. However at the moment I have doubts about implementing it, since it is the core of editing engine. Will planned ability to disable synchronized scrolling fit your needs?

Unsynchronised scrolling unfortuantely won't make any difference in this case. My suggestion is really a shortcut for when there are too many differences between files to comprehend and I just want to look at the left (or right) file (as in a normal text editor).

Now I see. Maybe I will add this special mode in future. Right now though you can invoke another editor from Tools menu. Some editors allow line number to be passed in command line, so you can open it exactly at required position.
