it would be a great help (and really not very dificult to realize)
if you could provide a feature that will sort a file (in left or right pane)
before comparing:
by [sectionname] - e.g. .cfg or .ini files
by function or procedure for programmers
or by simply declaring the befinning and the end of a sortable group.
another great feature would be if i could reload a new file in the right pane
and simply make a rescan and compare with the existing file in the left pane.
but anyway, it is a highly recommended program.

http://www.grigsoft.com/wc3addin.htm - there are already simple sorter and Ini sorter. Using same feature it is not so difficult to write function sorter.
To load just one new file use File>SelectFiles.
