I tried everything i can do, but still cannot make it,
there are 2 files i want to compare with and they are very small------

It! cannot compare certain line from autoexec.cfg with every lines from q3config.cfg
I mean, for instance, there is a line like:
seta cm_playerCurveClip "1"
They are exactly same within 2 files, but compare it! cannot recognise them, and they are considered as 2 different lines...
i dunno how to do now...~~~>_<~~~

Yes, these lines are same, but between them there are many same lines, as result Compare It can not show it aligned. It can not also detect it's moved, as currently Compare It! only detects blocks moves, not single lines.
If you just want to compare files, without merging, using LineSort converter will help you.
