What makes you think this isn't supported?

well, in Options->Colors I only see the following: Changed, Changed (in-line), Merged, Same, Same (in-line), Source Only, Target Only, Virtual line

I don't see any options to (for example) color comments red and keywords blue

- is this currently supported and I missed it ?

Just open the executable in a hex editor and find the colors and change 'em.. duh.

No, it is not supported yet. Right now I'm preparing an update for CompareIt!, it will have support for custom syntax colors, as well as some colors from custom syntax files.

Ah, wrong question, right answer ;-)

- Syntax highlighting is support through Context-chl highighter files.
- Program options isn't configurable for some Compart-It! colors, as mentioned by grigsoft.

Ok, we'll see a fix soon I assume :-)

I will try to make final version till Monday. But you can try this one right now, it already has syntax colors customization: http://www.grigsoft.com/wincmp3b.zip.
