[closed] Unable to select text on dual monitor system

Post by Guest »

Hello,
on a two monitor system with the desktop spanning the two
screens, and with the CompareIt
window across the two screens,
I am unable to select text, particularly on the second screen.
It appears that the cursor somehow jumps
somewhere else than the mouse is (onto the first screen).
After resizing back to the first screen it works fine.

(This is a particularly nice setup for comparing files with long
lines.)
Thanks for a great product,
Mark

Thank you for report! I'm already aware of few others problems in multimonitor systems, I'm planning to fix this in next release.

When I reload the Compare It! file after having edited the source in Textpad, the Compare It! page scrolls if the mouse pointer is outside the pane. This only happens when the two programs are on separate monitors
