MAC TXT vs WIN UNI

It appears that I have two styles of PDF that I need to compare. In your documentation you refer to the MAC style and the WIN style.

When I attempt to compare MAC TXT format the screen comes up but it looks strange to me.

When I attempt WIN UNI format evrything seems to work OK.

It is my understanding that PDFtoText.dll is what is being used to perform the conversion. It does not seem to handle the MAC style.

Is there another DLL that will handle both?

Jim

Well, I'm not aware of these differences - probably you can see MAC if file was not identified as pdf of failed to be converted for some reason. Could you send me such file for analysis?

Sorry, Will do!

Hi,

I am sorry my options were set incorrectly. I did not see your reply until just now. Most of my PDF files contain sensitive information. I will obtain one that does not contain this info.

Where should I send it?

Regards,
Jim

Sorry, I don't think I have received it - but I could also delete it with spam by mistake. Can I ask you to send it again?
Thanks!

Yes, you are right, second file is not recognized as pdf for some reason. I will have to contact supplier of pdf conversion library, so it would take some time. I think the problem could be pdf version 1.3 of ths file (you can see it at file beginning) - it could be not supported.

How do I turn Adobe Pdf images into Jpeg format and then resize without losing quality? I have a series of Pdf images that I am viewing in Adobe Acrobat. I need them to be 12% as big as they currently are.
