Is there a way to have CompareIt generate a single summary report for all changed files? I'm currently comparing the files in one directory to the files in another directory, and CompareIt generates a report file for each changed file. I'm including statistics in each file, but I'm looking for a way to have a single report file that includes the stats for each file and links to each individual comparison file.

No, currently there is no way to do such report. I will think about something like this, thank you. As far as I undertstood, you are using folders comparison feature?
