Shell extension breaks right-click "run as administrator"

On Windows 7 (possibly Vista as well) if you install CompareIt! with the "shell extension" feature then you can no longer right-click on a program and choose "run as administrator". Doing so has no effect (does nothing at all) until you uninstalled CompareIt!. Installing without the shell extension works fine.
