Windows 7 RTM context menus broken by Compare it 4.1

Used shexview I happened to disable the "CompareItContextMenu Class" and the context menu issue was sorted. Note I am able to recreate the "breaking" and "fixing" of the Start Menu simply by reenabling and disabling that class.
