Is there a way to have CompareIt generate a single summary report for all changed files? for eg File1 VS File2 and File3 VS File4. whether these two reports can be generated in single Summary report ??

No, currently CompareIt can only generate single report file for each file pair. I will add an ability to generate some summary report - which will refer to all others, but I guess this is not what you need?
