Problem with ".js" files

While synchronizing a bit directory today (25000 files) I noticed that the synchronization always slows/pauses when it gets to a javascript (.js) file. It'll rip through 100 .jpg files, then stop at a .js, then go again through 100 .mp3 files, then stop at a .js. It copies OK, just wondering why it likes/dislikes these particular files.

For Synchronize It! all files are equal, but probably some files are more equal than others for your antivirus monitor?
