Variables in "include/exclude Folders"?

Hi Thank you very much for the new release. I am absolutely loving the new Variable-Feature! However, I kind of didn't manage to get it working in Exclude/Include-Folder lists. Is this already supposed to be working (if so, what would be the correct syntax?) or is it not implemented yet? If it's not...

Thanks for the hints. So far I've been using NoClone for this task due to its hardlink ability. Support there is a bit slow, though. So it's good to see there are also other tools doing the same trick! Still, I think, it would be a nice addition for synchronize it. This does not involve identifying ...

History file being the same as a package? Yes, I also noticed it's only working in synchronization mode, and only when the package is the target. But then, it's working flawlessly. Might be worth mentioning that in the help file - or even blocking the options that don't work properly (when using his...

Thanks for the suggestion, brahman!

As for simplicity of using ... there is always the option of adding the choice between an advanced and a simple interface.

Let's hope the best :) Please let me know if you want me to change parts of the artice (of course you can also change ...

Wikipedia entry

Hi, I was so bold as to create an entry on Synchronize It! in Wikipedia, because I thought more people should know of your great tool! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Synchronize_It I admit, I took many sentences from your webpage, and help-file, assuming you would not mind. If you DO mind, however, pl...

Delete left, Delete right, Delete both

Hi, since I finally managed to get Synchronize It working with Total Commander, another suggestion came up: when fiddling with Total Commanders "Synchronize Directories", I discovered a very useful option, especially when dealing with identical files. Right clicking an entry not only offers you to d...

Awesome, thank you!

After so many years, another guy had to idea to start SynchronizeIt! From within Total Commander (me) ... and ran into the exact same problems. But your trick with adding another backslash ("%P\" "%T\") worked perfectly, thank you!

Thank you very much for the new double update, that's awesome!

When you keep working on synchronizeIt, please also consider this context feature. Since you already have it in compareIt!, I suppose you already know how to do it. It would be extremely handy!

Thank you and best regards

Context menu for Synchronize it!

Hi!

I think the context menu of compareIt! is very handy. Would it be possible to do a similar thing for synchronize it? So that by right clicking a folder, you would get options like "set source folder", "set target folder". That'd be very convenient!

Thank you and best regards
