I will try to install it on another computer to see if it is some random dll issue, I don't want to do it on the machine that is working with the old version.

just standard file intermix of colored fonts, backgrounds, nothing special just long.

Unfortunately, it did not solve the problem,
I cannot include the configs as they are for production routers, but none of them work.

I have purchased and installed the current Compare It! and it seems to be clipping files when comparing large word .doc files. 6000-9000 lines in different for each file compared...ie: 6000 something for left file 9000 something for right file.
