Same problem here. I Have Vista 64-bit and when "CompareItContextMenu" extension is enabled I cannot use any other shell extensions from Quick Start menu. For example, if I right-click Visual Studio 2008 and choose "Run as Administrator" - nothing gets executed. There is also another affected area. ...
