I have 2 files, one of which is a copy paste from a terminal, so with line wraps inserted, the other one doesn't have that. They are the same except for the line wrapping, but compare as different, even with 'ignore line wraps' on. Is that a bug or am I misunderstanding what this option should do? F...

Just tried the new beta, compared some files, and noticed that an xml file where I had emptied a tag had it in a format I don't like much: <a/> instead of <a></a>. So I edited that back to <a></a> (easier to put info back in later), re-compared, and it was 'gone' again... Then I remembered the autod...

No way to reproduce this with several png files, although I have deleted the exact file I had this with, I've recreated similar files and it all works. It's strange, because I tried several times when it went wrong, and nothing helped. Oh well...

Sorry, that is what I did. However, trying it agian now, I have no problems anymore. I'll see if I can reproduce it somehow.
