I just discovered that under View:View As binary is missing. This would be a great addition and probably easy to implement. I know there are converters to convert files to hex, but I'd rather not convert 2 1+ gig files to do a compare.
Any chance of adding binary display?

Whether I have the "Ignore Case" checked or not, I continually get mismatches on a case differences with .doc files. It's OK on text fles.

Hi Walt, I believe the use of 'Regular Expressions' (found under Options - Comparison) might help you. With RE you'll be able to define a match for a paragraph number, and make Compare It ignore all matching strings. The help file is very clear on the use of RE I think I can see how this one can be...

A couple days ago I installed 2.89 and lost the registration information. Shouldn't registered software carry the registration ahead rather than require you to reenter the info? Or did I do something wrong? I used wcsetup.exe from wcsetup.zip.
