Comparing two java style properties files will crash the latest version of Compare It! (4.1.2170)
These are plain text files, similar to *.ini files.

Add comparison options as menu item
The comparison profile is a good idea too, but in this case I like to enable and disable the whitespace ignore on the same file to view it both ways.

Add comparison options as menu item
I frequently find my self enabling and disabling the "Ignore blanks: all" option, and periodically changing other comparison settings.
It would be great if these were available as a menu - since these are of primary importance for a file comparison application.

Confirmation dialog keeps moving to the left
When the taskbar is docked to the left hand side, the Synchronize it confirmation dialog moves a bit to the left on every confirmation.
