I use the "changes only" button quite a bit; I would like to be able to invoke CompareIt in that mode from the command line and save the extra click

I was thinking of making this mode sticky - ie if you quit with this option ON, it will be ON on next start. But adding switch is even less problem.

I actually think I wouldn't like that... I think because for me, it's only in some specific scenarios that I would want to start that way - when checking source code in to a SCC system for example. Usually I would want to see the full display.
