I can`t backup existing file into archive(.7z) and have a lock at the target. Why?
This is my setting option:

Lock means archive is password protected. But password feature is only supported for zip archive, so I guess it should not be there.

But My archive doesn`t set any passwords.
Is my seting option right?

Probably you have specified password for zip archive, and this icon is shown by error. Are you able to copy files into archive?

Thank you for the help.I can backup files into the archive.
I still have two problems.
1.If I delete a file at the source ,Synchronize It! can`t delete the file at the archive.
2.When source folder and archive is the same, Synchronize It! still displays some files need to backup.
This is my setting option.

Well, I'm not sure 7z correctly handles unicode names. Did you try working with built-in zip archives? Does it work in your case?
