I don't know if I missed something in looking at the documentation and forums. Is there delta processing available or planned for syncing a large file over slow bandwidth internet connections?

No, sorry, delta processing is not available with SI.
But it would be good to remind Igor to add it to SI along with an IP connect feature, so that one can sync two PCs when SI is running on both machines without having to map network drives.
Both are very useful features, but Igor's has not incorporated them yet (but hopefully will very, very soon
).
