When synchronizing, these descriptive icons (showing direction or if a file is to be deleted) are changed into "=". I would like them to change into greyed out versions of the original icons so that you can see even afterwards what has happened.

No big deal, but for people like me, who sometimes think about what they have done, it would help against self-doubts like "Did I use the right direction?" .
