Run Syn It in Scheduled Task

I try to run the syn it! using batch file in Scheduled task in WinXP Pro. The problem I found out is that it cannot run in background. If you are not log on, the task will run but it will not be able to finish. So if I want to run it, I need to lock my machine so that nobody else can use it. Could you improve on that?
