Hello. :)

Last used exlude or include folder filters are applied to synchronize operations started from command line as include filters.

Reproduce:
- Preview or sync some folders with include or exlude folder filters.
- Close Synchronize It!
- Start synchronize operation with command line witout folder filters.
E.g. wndsync.exe /sync /scan /R /cnt C:\somefolder1 C:\somefolder2
Result: Last used folder filters are applied as include folder filters to the operation.

Synchronize It! shouldn't apply any filters to operations started from command line unless told to do so. Synchronize It! 3.4 doesn't have this problem.

Thanks for reading.
