I have enabled "Create list files" for my FTP connection, but I don't see the $7list7$.txt file after sync, and every file in the directory gets copied on every sync. Is there something obvious I am missing? Thanks...

I believe you see no errors reported? Can you try to create such file manually? maybe there is a problem with $ symbol in name?
