Theres a bug in Synchronize It! v3.3.1509 what causes sometimes a seemingly random file to not show up in the file listing when using Backup or Update target method.
I uploaded a zip file what you can use to reproduce the bug. Use dir1 as Source, dir2 as Target and Backup or Update target as synchronize method. I this case the referer.log file is missing from the listing.

Update and backup actions ignore files which are newer on target, so you don't see it. The fact that these files are not listed at all is confusing, I must agree. I'm going to change it by including them in "same files" category.
