Files that show differences in Sync It! 2.82 show same contents in Sync It! 3.3. Both programs are on the same host and both show the compare used is Compare It! 3.86

Please check "Compare by" mode in v3 - it might be set to size only, for example. Or there could be Smart comparison turned on, ignoring differences like additional blanks etc.
