Destination folders are not created when needed

I am using this as a backup tool, where I want to create the destination folders first time I run the app. I cannot do it when running project...

Just first level folders are not created - it is assumed that sync is going on between existing folders. However last version should create it, when run in automatic mode. Do you have problems running app manually or with command line?
