If wordwrap is on and a horizontal scrollbar is pulled sideways the text doesnt move (expected) but on releasing the scrollbar it springs back to the left.
May I suggest that the horizontal scrollbars be removed when wordwrap is on and vice versa.

Of course, scrollbar should be removed in word wrap mode. However I have faced some technical difficulties at the moment I was implementing it, so I left it for a while. But it is listed in my plans book.
