Unable to activate software

This is not a bug but I am a first time user and only able to access this forum for support.

Our company has our license key but no record of the username that the software was registered to. Can you assist us in looking this information up if it's globally set or tell us what is expected in that field during activation. I can provide the key privately, just let me know how to do this.

Of course, send all the information you have to support@grigsoft.com, I will check it out. I can also generate new key, when needed.
