Timeout getting list of files from FTP Site
I have an FTP site with a very large number of files (> 32000); it takes a significant amount of time to generate the list and send back to SI. There seems to be a timeout of around 40 seconds, then SI issues a "receive timeout" message. If possible, can we configure this timeout?

Do It Now Leaves Display in odd state
After performing a partial sync (Do It Now on one folder tree), the UI displays the "Synchronize" button and "No confirmations" checkbox; it also stops updating the current directory being scanned. The file counts are being updated, so if you look closely you can see that something is going on...

Setting variables in projects
With variables in paths for sessions, it might be nice to create projects that explicitly specify the variable; for me I would have a project that synchronized office<->laptop and a different one that synchronizes home<->laptop. (These are on different shares since both are useful...)

Oddly, didn't crash when running procmon to find out what file might be causing crash.
