Please consider implementing Bram Cohen's "Patience Diff" algorithm.
It is much easier for humans to read when there are complex changes to a document.

The behaviour I described happens when the option is checked. When it is unchecked, scrolling the mouse wheel in the bottom-left half of the window results in a vertical scroll, as expected. Scroll left pane horizontally + dual monitor bug
I believe this bug is also in the previous (stable) version. When you move Compare It! to the secondary monitor, the horizontal scroll breaks and scrolls vertically instead.
